Experience
Product Designer · Albiware
Apr 2026 – Present · Chicago, ILCRM and job management for restoration contractors. I lead the Stakeholder Experience squad (engineers, Support, CS) with the Head of Product, and run its standups, grooming and design reviews.
- Drove adoption by 97 accounts representing $1.91M ARR in 30 days by leading design and scope of the Customer Portal, with a hide-by-default sharing model that keeps contractors in control of what homeowners see.
- Grew Project Labels to 598 companies (+32% in five weeks) as owner across design, scope and tracking, then showed 83% never reach filtering and refocused v2 on that payoff instead of more onboarding.
- Set the direction for the AI Agents Marketplace, a company flagship bet: recommended the architecture the plan is built on (one guided agent on a multi-agent model) and led design from coded prototype to pilot.
- Defined the AI agents' brand identity: a figurine character for each agent, chosen with Marketing because it scales to a marketplace, applied across the hub, setup and reports.
- Made the prototype the spec: built 30+ coded prototypes on the Flight React design system with Claude Code, shipped features with no Figma frame, and added per-ticket design QA that removed the end-of-sprint bottleneck.
- Redesigned Call Summary AI around trust: streaming instead of a 30 to 120 second blocking spinner, suggestions that never auto-commit, and timestamps that let users verify every AI claim.
User Experience Designer · SpotGenius
Apr 2023 – May 2026 · RemoteComputer-vision parking management (violations, occupancy, permits). Sole UX designer, reporting to the Lead of Product and Strategy.
- Created the product's visual identity and design system from scratch, giving an engineer-built product one consistent language across web and mobile.
- Resolved a multi-organization privacy risk by leading User Management end to end: personas, authentication, role-based access control and data isolation.
- Brought multi-level garages onto a GPS-based map with a level selector and per-floor occupancy, designed with the Head of Product and engineers.
- Turned computer-vision output (license plates, violations, permits) into screens operators act on, and presented the work to the board, developers and customers.
